What's the difference between member and non-member pricing?
Every service has two prices. Without membership you pay the full drop-in price — on average around 1.9× more. Membership unlocks the member price across every service, so it pays off after just a few visits a month.
Why is membership annual?
Results come from consistency. An annual plan with a monthly payment helps you keep a rhythm and lets us plan our specialists' time. You're billed each month, regardless of how often you visit.
Does the kids' program require a parent's membership?
Yes. Alfa Kids requires at least a parent's Alfa Club membership — that way the whole family is in one system, and the family plan becomes cheaper than separate plans.
Can I move up to a higher tier?
Anytime. After your assessment, the app suggests the best-fit tier and any add-ons; the change takes effect from the next month.
